Despite many things to report, sevendots has been, and will be on hiatus indefinitely. That could mean 2 days or 2 weeks, except for this brief update.
You see, Sam has decided to get very sick. Within this past week she has had her stomach cut open and a giant nasty hairball that was blocking her system removed. Then 3 days later, a trip to the emergency vet just in time for Sunday evening and the Labor Day holiday. Hoorah!
Well-planned my good cat, well-planned indeed.
I didn't need that $2000 anyway. Oh, heavens no. The latter trip for a ruptured anal gland. And let me tell you, if you have not experienced a feline's ruptured anal gland yet, you are missing something both spectacular and gruesome at the same time. So she is resting. Full of meds. Hating me for holding her down and giving them to her...but I am hopeful she is on the mends.
