After three glasses of wine, I just can't think to write anything worthwhile. I was going to talk about a peach/blueberry pie I made yesterday, the year 1993 and post a new picture of Azzie, but since blogger has been pissing me off the past few days by not allowing me to view my blog OR, as in today's case, not allowing me to post pictures, I will have to put that on hold.
So a shout out to Ashbloem for posting this meme to give me some sort of creative outlet this evening. Sorry, I cannot link to her site, but again, blogger forbades me from doing so...ugh.
Last thing you burned while cooking? Probably last Sunday's biscuits. They were semi-burned and we ate them anyway. Everything tastes better with honey.

How long does it take you to get ready for your day? Easily an hour. I am a primadonna in the morning and like to putz around doing God knows what.
Are you a health freak? My response is similar to Ashbloem's (again I would link if I could) in that I rarely eat fastfood--except for Burger House (if that counts) here in Dallas, as they have the best damn burgers and fries this side of the...well you know. If given the option I usually will opt for the healthy choice. I don't eat junkfood like chips or candy, nor keep it in my house. However, I do have a weakness for ice cream, peanut-butter cookies and bread. I buy organic about 50% of the time and very rarely buy processed food. So--no, while I am not a health "freak" per se, I do use food wisely, and try not to abuse. And I really should exercise more...
How many people have thought you were the one? Probably none, except for the one I married--so I guess that would be one.
What turns you off about the opposite sex? Bragging drives me up the fucking wall, and only being able to talk about one aspect of your life. Good lord!

Who is your best friend? I have many--they all serve many pruposes in my life...Celeste, Natalie, Taylor, Charlotte, Saadia, Amy and Regina to name a few. But I have many very good friends for whom I care about deeply.
Who in your family do you get along with? Hrmphf! Not counting my husband? It depends on the topic. I get along much better with my mom now than I did as a teen. My sister and I have our moments, but again, it depends on the topic and if there is a burr up one of our asses. My step-dad likes to keep things neutral too.

When/where was the last place you travelled? When? July I went to Oklahoma to gamble for my mom's birthday. I went to Forney, TX this past weekend to look at antiques. If you are looking for something more grander, then I suppose that would be Washington DC back in April.

What is a saying you say a lot? "Andiamo" which means "Let's go" in Italian, used when I want to go/leave/proceed; "Well, that's what happens" when I really do not know what to say about something and "Good lord!"
Sinful snacking weakness? ice cream, but does that qualify as a snack? I also like chips and salsa.
Best clothing style? I like girly clothes. I have an unhealthy habit for high-heel shoes. I do like wild-mane like hair on a gal, but usually wear mine in a pony tail because I am a lazy fuck.
Ever run out of gas? No.
Ever been to Europe? Yes, but sadly, not to as many places as I wish at my ripe old age of 33. Never to London or Berlin or Barcelona--all still up there on my to visit list.
Worst date ever? I was at a gay club with this guy. We were sitting down taking it all in, having a good time, you know, relaxing. I was so psyched as I thought this guy was WAY out of my league but yet he had asked me out, so I was trying to roll with it. Whilst we were sitting having a bit of a chat, a gay guy came up to my date and started flirting with him. This guy knew I was there with my date, but I guess he could care less. In the end the gay guy ended up giving my date his number. Looking back now, I am pretty sure my date was gay...sigh, just a hunch. Then there was that other guy that wouldn't stop with the Scooby Doo impressions all night, but I am not sure I want to call that a "date."

What would you do if you could be the opposite sex for a day? I would go in the men's room and have a look around. I enjoy being a girl, so being the opposite sex would bore me, I suspect.

The worst physical pain you ever experienced? Thankfully very little. I suppose the several times I have whacked my head on something after bending down and then rising quickly. I have blogged about this little habit of mine in the past.
Tell us something about your childhood. I had a party when I was in the 1st grade and no one showed up! It was sad. I hate throwing parties, and I don't like parties where I am the central focus.
Best time to catch you in a good mood? Always in the morning. I am usually singing, talking in crazy schizo voices to my cats and doing little dances whilst making funny faces in the mirror at myself.
If you could be anything for a day, what would it be? Oh, I won't lie. I would totally be a very wealthy lady for a day. I would. Totally. I mean for just a day? For sure!
Most prized possession? None really. I have many things I treasure and bring great sentimental value to me--but it would be hard to put a price on them.
Would you ever sell it? Only to support the coke habit I don't have, and even then, I doubt I would get much.
What is one of your pet peeves? This is a hard one. I have been told I could write a book of my pet peeves, but to name a few--people who walk too slow on the sidewalk, people that don't tip well, someone that does not look you in the eye (occassionally at least) and wearing flip-flops for every damn occassion.

If you could sucker punch someone right now who would it be? I don't punch people. I am not saying I have never had an urge, because certainly I have.
Any secrets? If I do, they are not earth shattering.
Unhealthy addictions? I drink wine alot, but is that really unhealthy. Occassionally when I smell a cigarette I long for one.
Unhealthy fascinations? I don't think so. I like my feet, and perhaps a I look at them a little too often.
Favourite sexual position? If you have not figured this out by now, sevendots is a card carrying prude. That is not to say I do not have a "fave" but strongly feel some things are personal and private and I shall choose not to share them in this forum.
What do you notice first about the opposite sex? Big, beautiful dark eyes.

What physical part would you change about yourself? My eyebrows--they are so weak.
