Games we play...

A fun, albeit juvenile, game my husband and I like to play is called, "Guess Which Country the Band is From."

We watch IMF and just before the video starts we close our eyes for the first few seconds of the video so as not to see the credits. We then shout out Denmark! France! Germany! Spain! There really isn't much to it other than our own snap judgments based on what the band sounds like, how they look and what they are wearing. Sean is the best at it--guessing spot-on a band from Norway. I am amazed.

So now, there is this band -- I guess the young goth kids probably like them. I honestly don't know what to think about them. I do know it is good fun to make fun of them while their video plays. "Nigel, more black bunnies please!! Hurry!! We must Goth-it-up on the set with more tar-dipped black bunnies for Christ-sakes!"

Anyhoo--in other music opinions--I give wicked props to Hot Chip and Futureheads.
